We had a Samsung S3 repaired by Oscar at this place. He initially told us it would be about $60. Then he told us he had to replace both screens and it would be $140. I do not believe that he used an original New Samsung part because my phone is red and he put a black face on it - probably off an old one he had there! We had him fix the phone. Oscar told my husband when he picked up the phone when it was fixed that if the the screen cracked again it could be that something did not fit right. ?!?!?!?
Right about 28 days after picking it up from him, the screen cracked at the lower right hand return button, a couple days later, the screen cracked again at the top left by the volume button and the screen went black. It is obvious that the work he did was not done properly . When we took it back to him, he said that he could not fix it under warranty because the screen was cracked. He would have to charge us another $80 to replace the screen. WHAT?
This place obviously does patch jobs on phones just to make you come back.
