I ordered a waist trainer from http://heartmycurves.com, a site I found under the username curvyhearts99 on instagram, nearly 3 weeks ago. I asked for a shipping update and was provide with a link stating the shipping policies, which stated items ship within 14 business days. So, at this point its been more than 14 days. I requested a refund and recieved a snarky reply saying they do not issue refunds and that they have something stating I agreed to this. I requested the copy she spoke of and was not provided with it. What I agreed to was to get my product within 2 weeks. No such thing happend. I also received no refund nor product. This is the poorest customer service I have ever had. I hope no one makes the same mistake I did. I was however able to order a BETTER product from a BETTER company for half of the cost and 2 day shipping. Good luck on staying in business treating customer this way.
