I purchased three (3) POS Systems for my restaurant with a 12 Security Camera System from I Love POS and the service has been A+. I received training and onsite installation as promised. The price was right and was able to make same as cash payment options. I Love POS is a great company!!! :)
I purchased a system for my sandwich shop- quick service restaurant. I was looking for a system to replace my so called free system that was given to me by a local rep, so I went online and found I Love POS. They sent me a quick quote and sent a technician out in two days to answer my questions and bring me paperwork. I paid no money upfront and got installed 1 week later. I have not had any issues with my system and my staff enjoys working with the system. I am using Aldelo Pro software with a POS-X All in One POS System. A+ on service and support.
I bought POS systems from them. When I was signing the agreement I was told the system will be installed within a week. It was 16th Jan 2014. Once I signed the agreement. No body cared about sending the systems. Then they sent me wrong systems (cheaper). I returned that and finaly after too many such returns I got the POS systems but instead of three I got 2. Then I waited for scales and other accessories that were ordered. Finally from Jan 16th to June I got every thing (except two scales which I was told that they will reduce the monthly payment and they can not supply that).
In the mid of June 2014 every thing was installed by me although theye were suppose to install that. I talked to PC america and got everything installed by myself. There are lot of technical issues which are still not solved but they are not even comming on phone as the lease agreement is signed and bank gave them money. They do not call back and neither they reply to emails. I am not able to use any thing and paying for nothing (it is 6 months now). The Honeywell scale is not working and I talked to honeywell they said ask your retailer to raise RMA and return the scale as it is under warranty. But They this company ILOVEPOS does not reply and is not willing to do anything.
They are yet to give me license for one of the backoffice PC which was in the deal and I was told that once I confirm to the lease company they will issue the license within 24 hrs. It is almost a month but no one reply to my calls, they do not pick up my calls and also do not reply to emails. It is effecting my business alot as I am not able to use anything and paying over $500 every month for that. Kindly help me and please take some action against this company. They are frauds.
