Thomas Lark and Sam Fuchs are life long scammer. Their main goal is to take your money. They were running running a similar scam under a different name and managed to get me for 10k to invest in aa deal to literally market his their fake 0% interest product. Stay away from these guys there pathological liars and will 100% steal your money.
It is unfortunate that scammers like these guys get to keep doing this over and over to unsuspecting people. They really should be put behind bars.

Remember: Don't give these guys your money. They promise to pay you on a default but never pay your practice. Especially Denatl offices. They claim to have thousands of merchants, but the truth is they have about 50 total clients. Claim to be in business since 2006, but the truth is they have only been in business for a couple of years. Ask them where they are incorporated and look it up yourself.
If you have already paid them something, I am sure they will not pay you back. But you can limit your damage by not putting your customers/patients on their this fake program. If you do, and they default, they will give you the run around, but not pay you on the default. I only wish my business had been notified of this scam in time. Good luck.
