IC Solutions is one of the companies that a recipient of calls from incarcerated persons is forced to sign up with, and pre-pay, to receive inmate calls. In this case, it was done immediately and I was not even able to say hello to the client who called me. When I called to sign up, the message told me to go on line for faster service and gave me no indication how long it would take to get an operator raising the specter of a 30 minute hold.

The web page indicated that western union could be used and I elected that option to avoid having to give them a card number. I have seen reports here, and have experienced with similar companies, a complete inability to have incorrect charges removed because nobody will speak with you at these companies. The processing fee for using Western Union, $6.95, appeared to be the same as that without it.

But when I got on the Western Union page, the $6.95, I learned, was IC Solutions' fee and Western Union was to be paid $4.99 over that and this seemed like a reasonable price to avoid a problem. But when I got to the final stage of this 15 minute long ordeal, the directions were that I select "pay a bill" on the Gold Sheet. When I tried to "pay a bill" on line IC Solutions was not listed as a billing company and this was confirmed by the Western Union chat option.

IC Solutions will only accept Western Union from those who pay at a location in cash. If you want to pay on-line you must give them a card number and it must be registered, no gift cards. Do they want the opportunity to engage in the conduct reported here?

This whole arrangement is a violation of the inmates rights. An inmate should be entitled to reasonable time on attorney calls at no charge if it is not possible for the attorney to accept collect calls. This system forces an attorney to stop whatever they are doing and go on-line, a big enough problem if one was, for instance. out gardening. We are also forced to reveal a debit or credit card number to a company in industry with a history of refusing to or making it impossible to reverse false charges.

If I must use this or a similar company, I dedicate a pre-paid debit card to it and only load the money that you plan to use. This plan works well with any company that demands to right to charge without specific authorization.

Im being frauded by a company that I've never used there charging my credit card under different company names however all come back to the same man. Marc Grisham of Texas. I finally got an email today from them after they billed me again yesterday today they wanted a new credit card number because I cancelled the other!!! I don't know who these people are bit they said I signed up with them then they said they called me and issued a number for me to use? I have no clue what there talking about. I've been billed several times and cannot get any live person at there business only live chat with a not probably since there was no resolution except there are no refunds. I'm thinking class action? Anyone else wanna join in on that?

Inmate Call Solutions American Jail Calls LLC / US Jail Calls LLC / Jail Call Services LLC / US Inmate Calls LLC after being charged a few times I woke to an email this am stating they tried charging me for something i dont have and infact was billed on 05/18/2015 today they wanted a new credit card.

I actually chatted on web chat with someone named Shane and he said I signed up and was using their phone number for calls? No I didnt and he wouldnt give a number for me to contact he just kept saying no refunds! I never signed up! He said they called me...but thats not true either. He took over 30 minutes to complete a conversation with a total of 4 replies from him. Marc Grisham is behind this company and the others I listed there out of Texas and they should be imprisoned. Im thinking a class action lawsuit against this bogus company and him directly.
