Ideal Tax Solutions LLC Mabrook Corp. Scammer company, buyer beware, consider yourself warned. Internet

Anyone considering using Ideal Tax Solution LLC, please read this article first. If you still have interest in using this company, please see a psychologist. This review will include, almost unbelievable, events and activities, as crazy and outlandish as they may seem, they are true.

This company was founded by two men, an uncle and a nephew. Their names are Mayada Abdallah, and Amer Khatib, Mayada goes by the name Mo. They often switch the order of their names in government documents, licensing, registrations, and permits, in an attempt to obscure their true identity. Both individuals have owned many businesses in the past, all of shady reputation. Mayada originally owned a mortgage brokerage in San Diego county, selling sub-prime mortgages to those who could not afford them. Of course, this worked great until congress bailed-out the banks and changed the law to prevent the type of behavior that led to the bailout. These professional liar needed a new business.

Next, Mayada started a loan modification business, charging his many past, now desperate, sub-prime loan recipients, massive amounts of cash in exchange for hollow promises to help them save their home from foreclosure. You see, even when dead broke and unable to pay their mortgage, when convinced by lie by an unscrupulous company, such homeowners find the money, whether borrowed from family, or some other source, in a futile effort to save their home. Many of these people paid massive amount of cash to Mayada's company, all lost their homes despite his services, and I use that word services loosely. Mayada was racking in the cash, but suddenly had a change of heart following the huge crackdown on such businesses, by the attorney general of several states and changes in laws governing charging for his so called service. Mayada missed being indicted by the skin of his teeth, and despite his greed and lack of morals, when faced with the possibility of doing jail time, he decided to call it quits, thankful for the many stupid and gullible Americans that made his crooked business such a success. Mayada, again, needs a new business offering promising rewards to those who's only redeeming quality is deception.

Interestingly, Mayada's next scam started with good intentions. Two of the finest tax negotiators, one an Enrolled Agent, the other, his assistant of 20 years, approached Mayada with an opportunity to start a legitimate tax resolution service. The EA's assistant, Bill, tapped his many years of resources to assemble a team of honest and informed salesmen. As with all of Mr. Mayada's previous scandalous businesses, he offered nothing in writing. After almost exactly one week, Mr. Mayada fired the Enrolled Agent's trusted and qualified assistant, hired a bunch of recently unemployed criminals that became eligible employees following the raid by federal law enforcement agents, of another illegal tax resolution business in LA. The temptation for fast cash was simply too great. They eventually eliminated Charles, their Enrolled Agent, literally, the most important representative of the company. All to save money. They hired another, less expensive EA, only to eliminate him shortly thereafter. As GOD is my witness, Ideal Tax Solution recently posted an ad on XXXXXXlist, seeking another qualified EA, but wanting to pay only $15 per hour, part time, 1099. This company wants to entrust your tax debt onto a professional who's paid only $15 per hour. In an interesting twist of irony, I found a tax lien filed in the City of Anaheim, against Mayada, or one of his past businesses. Actually, he has many in several counties. Funny how a company that claims to help others become tax debt free, can't even clear their own tax debt.

This is how they do it. When you speak with them on the phone, they will pretend to care, ask what you think are pertinent questions, and sound sincere. Next is the manipulation. They tell you they will put you on hold to check and determine if you qualify for relief. In reality, they go nowhere and check nothing, they take a cigarette break. You see, they are practicing an old car sales trick. By putting you on hold, they build suspense, and the desire to accept their offering. If you hang up, you weren't serious anyway. You see, everyone qualifies for an Offer in Compromise and/or Penalty Abatement, prior to paying for Ideal Tax Solution's services. Interestingly, not only does the IRS always deny the customer's request, ITS never refunds the customers money for performance failure, and the salesman pockets a cool 15% of whatever the customer/sucker pays in enrollment fees. After performing only a little research, I discovered Ideal Tax Solution is actually registered with the state as being named Mabrook Corporation Corp. Mabrook translates, according to the Islamic Dictionary, to mean you are blessed They are blessed, you are broke. Anyone who pays this company one red cent, after reading this report, is a deserving victim.

Takes your money and doesn't follow through

I signed on with these guys, as I had some tax issues to resolve and had no idea how to go about doing it myself. I was told that, for an initial fee of $5000, they would file the previously unfiled tax returns and that they would help me work with the IRS to resolve things. That was in March. Since then, I've been run around in circles. It's becoming harder and harder to get anyone there to return my phone calls or emails, and in the meanwhile, I am still receiving threatening letters from the IRS. I'm a single-income earner in a household of 3 people, 2 of whom are disabled, and 1 of whom is a child. I have Asperger's and social anxiety, and the stress of all of this is pushing me toward a heart attack or a stroke. So now, I have to take time out of my already busy schedule to call the IRS and try to work with them myself before they levy my bank account and wages since these people aren't doing what I've paid them good money to do. I'm also looking into a lawyer to sue Ideal Tax Solution and get my money back.

Ideal Tax Solutions LLC Don't trust these people they will rip you off. Costa Mesa, Internet

I contacted Ideal Tax Solutions for help to resolve a tax problem. They charged a 5000.00 dollar fee. They did nothing but give me the runaround, never returned calls and I resolved the issue with the IRS myself. They then claimed they would get me money back. After 8 months I still have received nothing.

This is a scam for sure. No drama just the cold hard truth. Don't trust these people they will only make matters worse for you.

A New Home Means New Beginnings…And New Deductions by Elaine Nadalin

If you are planning to buy a home this year or have already done so, congratulations! Home ownership is one of life’s most significant rites of passage and can be one of the best investments you’ll make. Owning a home gives you a long-term stake in your community, stability, and a new set of responsibilities. Home ownership is also a path to some great tax deductions that you’ve most likely already heard about. Here is a brief overview of some of these tax breaks. As with any tax matter, it’s always best to check with a qualified tax pro regarding your specific tax situation.

1098Home Mortgage Interest Deduction: At the end of the year, your mortgage lender will issue a 1098 form, which will disclose the amount of interest you paid for the year. This interest can be stated as an itemized deduction on Schedule A of your tax return. Box 1 of the 1098 form shows the amount of mortgage interest you paid. Kind of takes the sting out of those mortgage payments, doesn’t it? You can deduct the mortgage interest every year you own your home.

Points of Loan Origination Fees Deduction: If you pre paid fees (points) to lower the interest rate when you purchased your home, you may be eligible for a tax deduction. Points paid to the mortgage company will be shown in box 2 of the 1098 form and can be itemized on your tax return. You may also find this amount reported on the mortgage settlement statement at the end of the year. A qualified tax pro can help you in determining exactly how much you can deduct.

Property Tax Deduction: This ongoing deduction is based on the amount of property tax you paid during the tax year. You can locate the amount paid by referring to your property tax bill. In some cases, some homebuyers will have an escrow account set up through their mortgage company for the payment of property taxes and insurance. You’ll find this amount in box 4 of the 1098. Be careful: the sum disclosed is a combination of all items paid by the escrow account, (taxes, insurance, etc.) so check with a tax pro who can help you decipher exactly what is deductible.

Home Equity Interest: If you took out a home equity loan or home equity line of credit, the interest on the first $100,000 borrowed can be deducted. For example, if you took out a home equity loan for $115,000, the interest on all but $15,000 can be deductible.

Medically Necessary Home Improvements: This deduction applies to homeowners who have had to make home modifications in order to care for themselves or a loved one. These modifications can include ramps, handrails, expanded doorways and halls to accommodate a wheelchair, lowered counters in the kitchen, specialized air systems, and support bars in bathrooms.

The tax code surrounding this deduction is complicated: generally, improvements that exceed 10% of a homeowners Adjusted Gross Income could be eligible. Modifications that are not covered by insurance or other means are eligible, provided they meet the guidelines established by the IRS. This is where sitting down with a tax pro will be to your benefit as the IRS has very specific guidelines for this deduction. Be sure to have a doctor provide a written explanation for the medical necessity of any health care-based home modifications.

As with any itemized deduction, be sure to keep copies of all cancelled checks, bills, and other documentation. You will need these at the end of the year when preparing to file your return. You may also need to provide them should your tax return be selected for an audit. Keep the documentation organized in a safe place where you can easily reach them when it comes time to file your taxes.

Home ownership, especially for the first time, gives you a chance to create a permanent place within your community and neighborhood, and a chance to create lifelong memories. Home ownership is also a long-term investment with a variety of tax deductions that are available to you. Make sure you are aware of the deductions available to you, and you will get the most out of your investment.

It is very common in the tax resolution industry for people to have unrealistic expectations and either lack of communication by companies (we admit to this as well), the main complaint being “Nothing being done” which is an understood sentiment during the resolution (because our workers are usually slammed with paperwork on someone’s case—they are required by the IRS to go through every line item for the last 10 years. So the client feels like ’nothing’ is being done. The opposite is the case. The IRS makes us jump through a series of hoops during that period and our licensed Enrolled Agents would loose their career if nothing was being done. As stated above we installed the Up to Date Current Status Report Login, clients can see who is working on their file and change their billing to keep track. We are now requiring all employee’s confirm contact with clients. Also, we have installed an Electronic Signing ability so a customer can easily see all the forms and documents online without the need to download. We also now listen to all calls to ensure no one is making unrealistic promises.”

Ideal tax solution was dishonest and they did not do what they said they Would do. Nicole was my attorney, later I learned that Nicole had terminated her relationship with this company. No one told me or assigned me another attorney. So my case went back to where I begin with them.

I decided I did not want to work with this company. They let my file sat idle for months. Then assigned me to an attorney they had just hired. Well, my case had not been touched for over 8 months. So I requested a refund.

I have been asking for a refund since 2014. And they continued to take money out of my account. I would like an attorney to handle this case and also sue for my distress. I have been emailing the so called case manager for months with no response. I would like my money back from thes people. I feel they are crooks and taking advantage of unsuspecting people.
