SELL JUNK CHARGE BANK WIRE FIRST. Looking for real estate leads. Found this unfortunate company selling real estate leads. Contacted a person using the name of "JAMES" with no last name. He offered me short sale leads for .40 cents a piece. Ask for the money to be wired to his bank account ( or his aka company ). Once he got the funds, sent me a list of leads that were supposed to be for people that are behind in their mortgages. The list was full of names of people that were not behind on their mortgages. Some were people that had their homes already foreclosed on, some other names did not exist, nor match with the current or previous homeowner, simply made up by this lead provider"".
They are simply a MONKEY BUSINESS trying to make their living out of trusting people. Dont send them any money, dont trust them, they are junk.
