I did just what my wife said not to do. I answered a cold call from imperial services about vent cleaning. I then cancdelled the call but on 12/10/14 a portly gentleman call Mr Cohan showed up at my door. I explained thhat I had cancelled the service on the pervious day.
The gentleman and his bedragled assistant said since they were there could they look at the vent and not charge me. The assistant went on to the roof and Mr Cohan went inside to examin the washing machine dryer. The next pronouncement from the two was the vent was full of debris. Cleaning was only $69.00. I agreed but the next sales pitch was there were other pipes on the roof that were uncovered. I agreed the work at the reasonable price.
The cleaning of six pipes, a vent, and placing a mesh took twenty minuets and the bill was $603.00
I called Mr. Cohan to cancel any other work. The phone was evidently not disconected after my conversation. I then hear Mr. Cohan and another man screeming about "bastards", "bitches", "you drug addict" and "don't hit me". I then turned to the Better Business Bureau and read a story comperable to mine.
I gues the moral is listen to your wife and be aware of scaming.
Transmission conversion kit for 65 B-body never shipped!
So I pay this guy $195.00 for an early B-Body (1965) shifter conversion on May 15, 2014, June goes by, July goes by, August goes by, and here it is almost the end of September and I still haven't seen my conversion kit I paid for! The whole time I am calling, sending emails, calling, sending more emails. This dude SUCKS to do business with!!! Oh, he will take your money, no problem! But you can't even get the courtesy of him calling you back to give you an idea. Total jerk! I would avoid!! You have been warned!
I ordered $125 worth of their tools and supplies in April. I was told 4 weeks delivery, but they debited my PayPal acct. immediately and will not answer emails or calls.
IM WARNING EVERYBODY DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. POORLY MADE TRANSMISSION MOUNTS AND DRIVE SHAFT CARRIER SUPPORT sold me my parts at the mopar nationals in columbus ohio...said would be 2 weeks after calling numerous times i finally got my parts 4 months later.. bolted in transmission mount i lifted up on transmission with my 2 arms bonding came apart did not even see the street. Because drive shaft carrier made wrong with wrong bearing for my 1966 chrysler imperial. Sent part back said a week to remake.. going on 1 month.. They will not answer my emails and they will not answer the phone... CHINA/TAIWAN HAVE BETTER service and QUALITY THAN THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a Spliseal kit for $104 and hadn't received it in a few weeks, I emailed them and asked where it was and Steve emailed back stating that they were putting them together and should ship in a couple of days. Now its been a month and a half later and still no product. I have email them a few more times with no response. this place is a SCAM! I will never do business with these ***** again!
