I was ripped off along with other subs they promise to pay for 3,000 worth in work we did and in return they threaten us if we are by there property looking for money we will be arrested we are going to the local news sattion to report this fraud these people are doing to contractors and to home owners with bad rating in compliants of 31 problems they are known to be a crook.
Liars and cheaters! This is thee worse company to deal with both as a homeowner and an employee! Watch out for their one call close tactics!! they always overcharge for their products because the sales reps are given PAR!! Which means that whatever the rep overcharges he/she gets half of it! i.e. overcharge $1000, the rep gets an extra $500 on top of their regular comisson!! The WILL beg barrow and steal to get you money!!! If they dont pressure you into buing that night for their $1100 windows, $750 a square roofing and siding, a "manager" (AKA just another rep) WILL be sure to call you and drOP the price!!
I advise anyone who goes to this company for work. Not to!! Let me explain why. I was in the middle of getting my son ready for practice and I heard my door bell I went to check and it was a younger gentlemen who seemed pretty decent. We had a good conversation about my roof and the current problems I had going on with it. He got me a quote for it wich was ""free"" or should I say ""fee"". I set up a date with him not knowing what I had got myself into.
These people called both my phones off the hook until I couldn't take anymore and let someone come out to do a ""minI inspection"". Of Course they sent a salesman that lived hours away from my home. That was strike one. He gave me his take on how long I had left I disagreed since I had no leaks and my roof was only 18yrs old with a 25yr Warranty. He wasn't happy to hear about the warranty at all! It went from a free quote to I need to charge you ""100$"" for him coming out to pretty much sell me on a new roof. I told him it says free on the brochure that I received.
He started packing his things in a noisey manner and didn't say anything else about the money. That night I got a phone call from my mother (who lives close by) about some kids knocking on her door. She watched one of there employees dig in her mailbox and steal a package that had a very expensive reading pad In it. She called the police and they somehow got it back and now the company is ""so sorry"". These people are not to be dealt with they don't need to be in business if you wouldIke to get work done to your home go with a local guy who will give you a good price. 10,000 for a new roof not including install!!!!
