They didn't send logs to Mvd. My license was suspended for 7 days. Hector Amado admitted it happens to 7 other client, he doesn't know why. Main office is run by lazy people who don't do their Job. They admitted there's a glitch in computer system. Logs don't get sent A lot! I asked for 200$ cab reimbursement,7 days without a License. No response. Anyone living in Az go with QuickStart.
I have to say that Arizona Interlocks who is the company that installed my interlock. I do have a Big problem with their supplier. The first interlock i was given worked for about a month then it started messing up on me. There were 3 times i had to go back for a reset because it said I missed a test. It was also giving me readings every time I blew ( I rarely drink and when I do i do not have my vehicle ) so why it was giving me readings was beyond me. Every time I had to have it reset I was charged $50 and there was a week when I had to go twice which means I had to fork out $100. Being on a tight budget that really makes it hard on a person. I also changed my card information which I thought all I would have to do is call the supplier since they are the ones that deal with the billing but was told to go into the company I am going through and fill out the paperwork for that. Ok was charged the monthly fee for the following month which I thought ok it might take them a little to get the new card info in the system...... Nope they charged the wrong account again. So I sent them an email and finally a week later received and email back (after i sent another email asking if they were working on it) and they emailed me back about the dispute I emailed them about months ago. I finally got something to happen after I had Hector call them. I have talked to so many people and none of the people I know that has an interlock have ever had only 1 fail and then have to take it in to get reset. I have heard its usually 3 fails and then it locks you out. I really think instant interlock needs to change their system because they are ripping so many people off. I think anyone that is going to get an interlock needs to really do their research, if they are supplied through instant interlock DONT USE THEM.
