I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Melissa Wood after she responded to a job ad in which I posted. First, no legitimate, respectable business would look to craigslist for employees. Secondly, this girl contacted me in the middle of the night (Saturday) and used all sorts of profanity to belittle, berate, and ridicule me for not having a job.
Melissa Wood, while representing Integrated Intelligence, a company which she does not own, refused to stop sending me nasty email message even after I asked her to stop contacting me. Why would a company hire someone of this girl's character as a business manager? Her behavior both on and off the job is a reflection of Integrated Intelligence and the owner(s) need to think twice about keeping her around. If this is how Melissa Wood treats a job candidate, image how employees are treated at this company.
This so-called professional had the gall to tell me that I can't find a job because I refused to send her my resume. Mind you, this is craigslist and she replied using an anonymous email adddress provided by craigslist. I did not know her from a scammer, but this girl became very irrate because I requested speaking via telephone before sending my resume to an unidentified solicitor. The professional thing to have done was to simply reveal the name and address of the company and ask whether or not I would be interested in speaking with her. This is the manner by which a business manager should govern herself.
I would not be surprised if Melissa Wood were stealing from the company. If I was her manager, I would check behind her work habits and audit her files just to be sure.
