I purchased a coffee pot on-line at Intu Store. I paid with Paypal and when I checked the details of Paypal, it shows payment made to someone with email: [email protected]. I did not receive any confirmation of my order from the website so I logged in to check status. When I tried to check the status, I received an error message. I sent three emails to the company and they have not responded. I also tried to call them but the phone just rings and there is no voice mail or automated system. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and will be escalating to a formal claim with Paypal.
