I called invent help so I can get the proper assistance on my invention. I was sent the paper work to fill out and fax back. Low and behold i would never hear anything back except to be told I was late on a first payment. Once I cleared all future payments again I did not hear anything nor did i get my research and pat. Today I called and let them know again i had not recieved anything. I was then told today I did not pay for the Pat. and in fact i paid for the basic package. I did not pay for basic i paid for what I was told I would be paying for. At this point its been way too long. I paid for a servie. I had hoped it would be from start to finish but i was sadly mistaken.

I at this point want my money in full with late fees at $30 a month in late fees like they tried to charge me.

On February 25, 2014 I contracted with Devon to have InventHelp help me get my invention to market for $10,519.57, and I gave them $3000. They agreed to finance the remaining fee of $7519.57 over 36 months. I sent an "Authorization to Process Electronic Monthly Payments" to Universal Payment Corporation - aka InventHelp, and the payments have been coming out for the last eight months.

In April, I received a TIMETABLE OF SUBMISSION SERVICES which states that a Virtual Invention Presentation would be complete within 6 to 20 weeks. It has now been more than 32 weeks and I still have not seen it. In May, I received a hard-cover book which contained a Description: Product Concept Review, which was completely incorrect, and quite a bit of information on marketing and packaging - much of it redundant and duplicitous. I pointed out all of the corrections to be made, and I received a correct new book.

A New Product Submission Brochure was to be completed at the first stage. I received a draft of the brochure which did not accurately describe my invention with and image depicting their interpretation of my invention. They refused to use the graphic that I provided to them stating that they wanted to maintain confidentiality and did not want to give away ideas to those companies with whom they did not have confidentiality agreements. After many conversations via email, they got the image mostly correct.

I am now in the process of terminating the contract. I told VISA that I wish to block any further transactions on my account. They told me that I would have to communicate that with Universal Payment Corporation.

Sincerely
