I had been a customer of Inventory Source for over a year. Inventory Source uses wording advertising their services as follows: Automatically load products and images and update price, quantity, and status for your inventory data to your existing website. No matter what changes take place at your supplier warehouses, stay in sync through your automation service. It’s like having your own Sales Support and IT Departments for your business, and directly under your control.
This was not the case over the last 6-7 months despite multiple trouble tickets, emails and phone calls. The dropship company i use is constantly bringing in new products. They should be available at least the next day for listing, they arent, not even 3 weeks later after repeated calls to support. for the longest time they would load the product eventually but with no pictures all of the above negates what their promised service says it will do. i had to manually list my own products a majority of the time which made me ask, what is it im actually paying for if i cant load the newest products before they become old products.
This service does not work. I have no indication that items on my site are connected for drop shipping. The instruction and functions on their site do not work. I have been double charged for services. I have requested a refund with no resoultion. Now, the site does not even work?? Do not waste your time or money.
