When I received an email that my product would be shipped, I was out of the country and responded to the email asking them to hold the shipment for another 2 weeks. When I arrived home the package was on my door stoop soaking wet, box was destroyed it was so wet. Product package was wet even with the bubble packaging. I called to cancel my future orders since there was no effective communication.
I was told I had to keep auto ship for another month before it could be cancelled or pay a $50 early cancellation charge. After speaking with the representative a little longer, I decided I did not even want this month's product and opted to return the order for a full refund (no longer have a restocking charge) and pay the $50 cancellation fee. I see that not only did they charge $50.00 they also charged tax on that fee.
Since it is not a product, I do not believe it should have tax added. However, about the product tself, I ordered the hair, nails and skin vitamins and also facial wraps. I do not see any difference in either my skin or face. But it may not work well on me as I do take vitamins already. Or perhaps I just needed to take and use the products for a much longer time. Either way, I will not order their products again.
