I used iTritek to repair a failed TV buffer board.
It is a common failure on Samsung TV's to have the upper board IC burn out and my IC was visually damaged. I followed their on line instructions, sent an additional two
boards for a total three boards. The boards were returned with only a repair to the original concern (upper buffer). When they were reinstalled the video was
very grainy and the colors poor. I contacted Tri and was told to return the boards incurring an additional $18 in shipping fees. After a few weeks passed I
was informed via email that nothing was wrong with my boards and they were being returned. I made them aware the chips they installed were not OEM as advertised
and was told they would investigate and get back to me. I was then told my original board was errantly sent to a TV shop and I would receive a replacement
with proper chips. The boards arrived (after three weeks) worked with clear video for 45 days and again the video has failed. iTritek refused to honor their
guarantee and told me there was nothing they could do at this point.
