I became an innocent victim of IvoryPro and Teeth whitening as later I realized that I was noth the only one. I requested a free trial of the teeth whitening product and gave my card details for postage and packing in early December 2014. The parcel arrived UK a few weeks after and did not open it as I was away during Xmas leave. Then there was an alert from the Bank as money has being deducted twice for postage initially and further 2 transactions of over £60.00. Then I contacted the Bank they told me that I have signed for monthly supplies of teeth whitening products and there was a Standing Order. Spoken to the Fraud Department and they requested me to return the unopened packages to USA.
i contacted IvoryPro and they refused to refund the money saying that the trial period was over and not taking into account regarding the delay in postal services in the UK during the busy festive season. I lost money but learned a good lesson to control my temptation not to grab material from Internet shopping just because the web pages and the actresses are attractive. I was happy that I did not use this as it was for my husband who would have developed severe allergic reaction that has being reported in the reviews of the product.
it is saddening fact as these companies still exploit vulnerable people not only in USA but also in other countries and there are no safety profiles of the products that they market. Despite so many bad reviews of this company products and marketing strategies, still the authorities grant permission to continue their business.
I replied to an advert on the internet from Ivorypro stating that they would send a free trial teeth whitening applicator. The cost would only be 2 pounds. I supplied my credit card details and have since had 2 payments of 40 pounds taken out of my account without my knowledge.
Ordered a free trial paid $1.03 plus $3.98 shipping now they have charged my bank account $94.38 which I did not autherize will contact legal shield tomorrow to start legal process more to follow.
