My Name is Shail Shah and i had moved recently to Edmonton. To move my household stuff from Toronto to Edmonton, I choose J & J. Chris picked up my stuff on June 24th from toronto with a promise to get it delivered on July 2nd in Edmonton, As a result i was requested to paid $1175 in full which i paid through E-TRANSFER.
Today is July 22 and it is almost a month now and i havent recieved my stuff yet. Neither John or Chris are answering my calls. They even dont reply back on emails. I have call them 100 times but they also dont know the delivery date. My all household stuff including TV , Kitchen Equiptments, Bed , Futon , Books, Desktop Etc total worth of more than $15,000 are with those guys. I dont think they even realise how badly i am surviving in edmonton without this things.
I have all email conversations and now they are not answering my calls. I dont know what to do. Please somebody advise as soon as possible. I am facing lot of troubles because of late delivery.

I was told by J & J staff to pay full in advance otherwise my household stuff will be delivered late. As a result i paid them $1125 plus taxes in full in advance through E-TRANSFER . I have been trying to contact john and chris since last 15 days but no one is responding to my emails now. Also i am completely unaware on the delivery date. Whenever i call john, he is also not sure about delivery date and says driver will call once he reaches edmonton. I am facing lot of problems because my all luggage is with those guys including my clothes, bed , TV, Futon , computer, kitchen equiptment and much more. I dont know what to do know. I dont know when it will come. Currently i am living somedays in hotel , somedays with my relatives and i am passing my days . I am facing lot of problems because of late delivery . Also i am not getting the approximate delivery date.
