JB Hunt very systematically planned to do this harassmet and booked a load on Friday when I was in Hazleton , PA and told me that the load has to be picked up on the Weekend so that there will be an excuse to say that no one picked up the phone and they played the game of he said she said and they said kind of deal.

According to JB Hunt rate confirmation the load picked up in Mechanicsburg PA , 360 Independence rd, at Reckitt and Benckiser shipper. 22 pallets and 16k to go to Monroe Twp NJ for a very cheap price. These guys ganged up on me even though the rate going to NJ is much higher.

Load was supposed to be by stricket appointmet at 7:00am, so I had to run there early morning without going to restrooms or any thing, hopping it will take a regular time of with-in 2 hours and I will be on the run.

But they held my truck with 58k load instead of 16k and told me that only JB Hunt can authorise to unload the load and held me there till night time.

Yard Jocky told me that they did not have any rest rooms on site either.

Just before I was about to leave with out the trailer , they took the load off and, shut the doors on me. did not give me any receipts. I had to take pictures for proofs.

No response from JB Hunt ever since.

This was a unhuman treatment and fraud.

This company is very dishonest since the old man died. They signed me on as a owner operator in early 2008, and made me sit most of the time. They only sign on owner operators to fill in, but don't tell you about this. Its even worse if you sign a lease purchase with them. All they care about is making money, and you won't hardly end up making nothing!! Do not sign a lease purchase agreement with them!! In 2011 I signed a lease with my own truck pulling the rail in Haslet Texas. They don't treat you with respect, if you call in sick they write you up!! They rip you off by not paying fair miles. They were paying me 42 miles from Haslet Texas to Garland Texas. Its 52 miles, so in the spring of 2012 started paying the 52 miles as it is. They have now gone to a new rip off, paying by zip code scam!! They now only pay 38 miles on this!! Its 42 miles from Haslet to Dallas, but they are now paying 42 miles from Haslet to Terrell Texas. Its 72 miles to Terrell. This compay wants drivers to sign a lease purchase agreement so that the table is turned, and all the expenses are on the driver. Sign this agreement and you be very lucky if you ever get a pay check, and they will hold this over your head if you try to quit. they will inform you that 30 days notice is required if you want to quit, and that you will have to leave the truck at a terminal of thier choosing, or they will report you for abandoning the truck!! They are looking for very cheep help!! Please stay away from this company, unless you like to be scamed!!

Do not take the bait and work for these liars. I got fooled by the same song and dance that drivers tend to listen to. I took the offer with jb because we needed the money. About 2 weeks into my employment I got notification that a family member was in the hospital so like many of you would I told jb and said I have to get home. Their response was we'll see what we can get. I was then told to deadhead to salt lake city from Loveland, co because they didn't have freight going to az from Colorado. I then get assigned a load going to Chino, ca. At this point I once again told them my situation and I got the we have no loads going to Arizona excuse. my load doesn't deliver until Monday. I was then given a preplan picking up in San Bernardino to Wilmington, ca (74 loaded miles, they don't pay deadhead miles) then they want me to pick up in San Pedro going to Fremont, ca which is up by San Francisco (374 loaded miles). Again I told them I have family in the hospital and I need to get home. The excuse I got this time was freight is slow and we have alot of drivers sitting today...that may be but not all of them have family in the hospital. Now they tell me they can get me a load from Loveland, co to Arizona (Loveland was where I was when I found out about my family emergency) I was told I could talk to an operations manager if I wasn't getting any results from dispatch level so I asked to talk to the operations manager and the person on the other end got mad. As of my current status I have not gotten the information I requested and they don't put it in their books. I have done more deadheads in 2 days than I had in a month at other companies. How can they have no freight out of Los Angeles area going to az. There's something fishy about that. JB Hunt is not about the drivers, they are about the bottom line and nothing more. I don't have the money to just get on a bus so I'm at their mercy.... F*** jb hunt and their shitty values.
