Not only did this firm not order the court reporter for the day, but the attorney. Mitchell Sperling, did not ask any pertinent questions, did not prepare for the depo, did not read anything in the file, asked the clients to prepare questions that he never asked any of, you get the picture. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. It is basically the eve of our trial in this case, and we plan on hiring other attorneys even if it costs in the long run. We cannot afford to have this case with this firm any longer. If I had to use on word to describe this firm it would be Shoddy.
