JAB Broadband Reviews

JAB Wireless, also known as J.A.B. Wireless, JAB Broadband, J.A.B. Broadband, DIGIS, prairie-inet, Rhino Communications, Skybeam, and T6 ... They certainly not "The Best Broadband", charges for Internet service but the costs are outrageously expensive especially for slow Internet connections. The latency is several SECONDS, and the speeds are not much faster than dial-up a connection. The service is getting worse and there is no way to contact them. The connection drops fifteen times per day, and takes at least 20 minutes for it to reconnect, only to drop again. Every time I email them I get no answer. Every time I call them, there is an automated message which says "We appreciate your patience. We are experiencing a high call volume. Please wait for the instructions to leave a voice message. Your call will then be returned in the order it was received.". Waiting for HOURS and nobody answers. There is no indication that says how many people are waiting in front of me. The instructions say to press 2. Pressing 2 replays that same message over again, and there isn't any way to leave a message! I researched and found the parent company as well as other affiliate companies. I called and every one of them played the SAME message! This probably means that one million people are suffering from slow, dropped internet connections with no way to get the issue resolved. There isn't any problem with anybody's computers, routers, or radio antennas. This problem isn't affecting just one tower. It is nationwide. I feel sorry for any company using their "Enterprise Broadband." And what about "We appreciate your patience."?! But my patience isn't free. I have had enough of these idiots. They need to fix this issue even if they need to stay up all night in bad weather. This is the 21st century. MOVE IT or get aquired by a larger, much more organized corporation. I advise anybody needing Internet to move somwhere that provides Internet service from cable and fiber instead of wireless and satellite. You won't be able to do much in areas that only have wireless and satellite; And you will certainly be overpaying.
