There is a case pending now against this fraudulent individual who does terrible, faulty work. The suit is pending in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. He took $38,000. from a church to build a short roadway to serve as a path between graves of the deceased. Within just a few weeks (not months, just weeks!) grass began growing through the roadway. Completely through it, like a garden! He did not de-grass or prepare the surface beneath, and put the asphalt too thin. Unbelievable you would have to see to believe, at the St. Alphonsus Church in Hessmer, La. Refused to give his address, gave insurance information, but insurance now says it did not cover him (???)
