Jae Shin is a convicted felon, I decided to give him a chance but he proved me wrong by destroying my property
He owes us over $600.00 in damages
Jae cursed the entire time he was working and kept asking for an advance on his money
We gave him money but he left in the middle of the job. Hes not licensed or bonded so we are SOL
If you see this guy, lock your doors and call the police. We will take him to court and
I hope the judge takes away his freedom since he does not appreciate being out of Prison.
