This man who claims to be James Browne, an FBI and is now retired from Los Angeles, California is very known for his malicious doings of complaining defenseless Filipino people that sometimes lead to their death. This man continually scam the Filipino women and blackmail them. He put made up stories in different sites as to make the victim either lose job or kill himself or herself. He claims to have been frequently visiting the Philippines, in Iligan City Lanao del Norte and is lodging in one of the city's hotels. Please report this man since there have been many reports made of his complaints that do not have evidences or proof or witnesses of the said complaints but again as he made reports, residents got too threaten and get abused psychologically that they end up killing themselves.
