I was referred to Jimmy by a friend to help me with some financial things for my business. My books for my business was a wreck and called Jimmy to see if he could assist. I met with Jimmy and I gave all the details of what the IRS needed.
After the meeting we arranged to do business. Jimmy mentioned that I would need to pay 1/2 of service up front and the rest at the end of the job. The total amount of the service was quoted by jimmy and it was for $5000.
I met Jimmy a week later and brought a cashier's check (he insisted on a cashier's check) for $2500. I gave him the funds and he left.
I have not heard from him since and it has been a year. I tried to contact my friend who referred him but he couldn't get a hold of him also. Jimmy did absolutely no work for me and my oney is gone.
Lesson learned but if anyone runs into this person, steer clear and run!
