Please do not use James m.stark he is a con artist , as well ad a terrible attorney . completely took advantage of me in my situation . Took 15k for me after pressuring me to have him take the case . After he went to my bank and took 15k out , I asked him for a type retainer agreement and he just pulled a piece of scrap paper out of his pocket and wrote on it and considered that as a retainer agreement referred to me as a black man and a criminal and I have no other choice but to have him take the case . Only having my case for 2 weeks I had to fire him . He was a terrible dishonest attorney. I hope no one has to go through what he put me through and what he did to me and my family please do not use this guy he should be disbarred
