Janpaul Sandhu is a mortgage broker and he advertise that he can get a house loan with zero down and your credit score does not have to be so good. when I talk to him about my situation and said my score is only six hundred twenty,he assured me that I can easily get a loan.I also explained to him that the house price I looking for around is $175000.
He checked my credit and said it is little hard but I can do it and you do not worry.Then he said I need money for application and for appraisal which is $950. Since he promised me to get loan I gave him the money he was asking.I gave him proof of my income and all the details of the house that I wanted to buy.Also told him that if you need any thing else let me know.
Every time I talk to him about the loan his response was I am working on it very soon we can close the deal.Now it is more than two months and he does not answer my phone,his office is closed and he is no where to find.He is FRAUD AND CHEATER.I lost my hard earning money due to that SCUMB.
I am singled woman with four children,living in small and old condo.One evening I was taking shower and suddenely hot water stop coming.I took shower in cold water some how.
Next morning I called around for somebody to fix my problem.Few people came,looked and gave me price quote.This guy who called himself janpaul sandhu best plumber in town and honest. He said he is retired from army and treat people with respect and dignity.
Since I respect army and also retired from army I liked this guy.He came ,looked my water heater,and said I need a water heater. By the way every body else came told me same thing.Janpaul Sandhu plumber told me he can get a good price for me, which he will call me back after checking few places.
Later on, he called and said he can get me new heater for $800 which actual cost is $1200.But he said you have to pay me half the money in advance.
I was saving some money as he said, so I gave him $400. and said he will come tomorrow and fix the problem.Now he is no where to find ,his phone is not working. I do not have his address.He is very fraud,scam and thief.I had to borrow lots of money and now I am in debt because of him.People like him should be in jail.
DR Janpaul Sandhu" and I use that term loosely, said he prefers Janpaul and Janpaul Sandhu (said he wants to be same level as his patients,) but when time came to check or diagnose me with colonoscopy, he was very mean, aggressive and cold. When he checked my prostate and rectum for polyps is not a pleasant experience, and lack of professionalism was shocking. Granted, the procedure did help put my mind at ease that nothing was serious, but the next big shockcame when payment showed up $320, was more than what was discussed earlier. They assure me that insurance will cover it completely, now I'm in the fight with insurance company on the phone every day and it's stressing me out something terrible. Little satisfaction that job was done ok, but due to caring and sneaky way of charging put him on my avoid list.
