I purchased a Silver necklace from JARAD the Galeria of Jewelery (sic) The item was bought in advance and when I gave it to the intended person the chain snapped apart like a piece of putty.
When I went in to get the repair they wanted $30.00 to solder it back. That was unacceptable for a NEW PURCHASE.
I took it 2 blocks down the road and another Jeweler repaired the necklace for 10 bucks.
NO MORE JARAD SHOPPING FOr ME. The bCustomer service was horrible. They left me standing for over 10 minutes then came back with another offer for me to spend even more for a maintance plan. We leave for Ireland in 5 days . What use would this plan be . That's Right : NONE.
