In April of 2014 I sent $ 104,000 from Italy to a company in Germany (Elard Assmann) to help in the creation of Rolando Blackman Panamian Foundation (Foundation for social education). Jay Moore is the person who took charge of the money and no one has ever returned. It's been a year that he's been telling lies. now he does not answer the emails and the telephone calls and is untraceable. I'm sure it is a scammer otherwise would have disappeared. who can help me to find it and report it to protect other people from this crook. I think that he lives in Dansbury Connecticut.
