We were looking for a an alternative bath steam shower to complete our bathroom. We found mybath.biz. This was in the summer of 2012. We also looked into a vanity and mirror to complete the project which we found on their website as well. We spoke to who we thought was a nice man by the name of Jeremy. We ordered our product costing a small fortune of $5174.00 Our first indication of scammers should have been when they would not have us place it on one credit card! Then we waited and waited. We called Jeremey many times as we were told our orders needed to come from China and would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Low and be hold, when we called our products had been shipped and it was now in a container in the United States. As I continued to call--for many weeks. Finally mid Decemebr it arrived in Kansas City and was being inspected. The items were being shipped with Estes Trucking. I verified twice that both the steam bath and the vanity mirror had been shipped. He ASSURED me that both had been loaded on the truck mid-January 2013.

These items showed up on a very very cold sub zero day in northern Minnesota near 4:45 p.m. with the Estes truck driver. We made it easy for Estes, they did not have to drive their truck up into the woods where we live, they could take this delivery to my husband's place of business. the driver, who would have rather been at the bar, wanted to be well on his way, was in a hurry, my husband signed for the VERY large box and the delivery man left.

The very next day my contractor picked up the box and brought it to our home. Low and behold NO VANITY AND MIRROR. I was immediately on the phone to Jeremy who could not 100% assure me that this sink and vanity had left their warehouse, but thought it had. I indicated he best be making some fast tracks because after all he still had my money and I had no vanity and mirror. He assurred me he would be calling Estes and would get to the bottom of this. NOT ONCE did he mention that on their lovely website in fine small letters indicates once a package is signed for, you are a fool and SOL and they have scammed you, taken your money and ran.

I called Estes myself they statesd they only picked up one skid, not two as Jeremy stated. My sister works for FED EX Ground coached me on what to ask. It took several weeks to get Jeremy to return calls or respond to e-mails. My sister tried to help, but to no avail. Then Jeremy offered to order another vanity and mirror. This is now March 2013. He assured me this would be here in the standard 6-8 weeks. I continued to call off and on to inquire and receive updates. Same story as above. In July I did hear the vanity and mirror had arrived. He would have to go out and inspect it. I shared I wanted it sent by Fed Ex this time. I am sure you can guess why. He stated I would then be responsible for the cost of shipping. I stated-"After all of this?" I then asked him to check on my items and we would proceed. He did not call back for quite some time and when he did he told me the mirror was cracked. I was at then end of my rope! I told him I had to go and I would call back tomorrow as he was asking if I still wanted this sent or if I wanted to place another order.

I called 2 days later and the phone number for Jeremy did not work. I sent and e-mail. I then received a phone call from a man named James who was not even in Kansas City and told me Jeremy was out on an extended medical leave and how could he help me. I repeated my historical information. To which he replied I would have the opportunity to order another vanity and mirror and I could pay for this with my credit card. Needless to say, I lost it. Jeremy never once indicated I was going to be responsible for items they did not ever deliver in their promised time frame and never really placed on the skid with Estes Trucking. But, we signed for it in the dead of a Minnesota winter for something we never received.

It makes one lose faith in your fellow man. I have to believe that what goes around comes around. Don't let this happen to you. DO NOT BUY FROM MY BATH.BIZ
