He sent an inqiury about an upcoming land contract note that was due for his client requesting a payoff. When we notified him that we had hired a real estate agent already, what does he do? Contacts us with a lengthy sob story about his client, knowing him for 30 years and all this other crap, trying to STEAL THE LISTING FROM THE AGENT ALREADY CONTRACT WITH.
We had to tell him to leave us alone!!! NOW, he is trying to interfere with the Title company by making us appear as aggressors because we called him out on his nonsense.
