I have worked.for.jetson tv and appliance,,bought my 83 yr old.uncle a mattress from them,,it is defective they refuse to even respond even though they came and took pics,,the serta rep saw the pic and said.they need.to swap that out,,..on a different note they have charged 40 years a customers a 5.00 reg fee on every sale which now they finally have been told they cannot do that,by a fed agency,,which i always got.in trouble for because i.never charged it...This is a company that you do not want to shop with.
