I ordered a part and I still can't find out if my purchase went through. It says"pending". I try to email them but they say they don't recognize my email address. I used the same address to set up an account.
I should have checked further. Just like they've done to several other people, they had the part I needed, they responded to my questions by email about the part. I ordered the part and they said on their web page that it had been shipped. No date, no email confirmation. Then I waited. From March 28th until now (April 21). I've emailed them on their web site repeatedly. I found a phone number on BBB, but I question that it is theirs as it doesn't have a real message. I've threatened going to the US attorney generals office, etc. Nothing. I do have a dispute on the charge with my credit card. The bummer is I really need the part for my truck!!!!
