I tried to place an order with yourcustomkicks.com for a Christmas present it wasn't accepting my debit card. So I called to place order by phone. The man I spoke with said there system was down and to try again in 24 hours. Upon doing so I received an email conformation for my order. A couple days later I tried accessing yourcustomkicks.com and realized the site was shut down. It was shut down for several days so I called to see if they had my order/it was in process. When I get an answering machine saying they were forced into bankruptcy and cannot fulfill any orders and to call happily for a refund. Upon calling the number they left it was an answering machine for a plumbing company in Ohio. I googled shopifys 1-800 number and spoke with a representative. He had no knowledge of what I was talking about and said he thinks I had been scammed. Gave the advice to call my bank immediately and dispute the transaction. I hope this company goes down because it seems as though they have scammed a lot of people. I'm very upset.

My husband and I happened to come across a photo of Seattle Seahawks Nike Shocks tennis shoes on Facebook. I was very excited and I had to have them. We called the number on the Facebook page because my husband hates using his credit card on the computer. When we called the lady told us that we have to use the website to order the shoes.

After we got off the phone we went back on Facebook and clicked the link to the website. We placed our order and got a comfirmation email and number. We spent $238.92 for these shoes and was told that it would be 6-8 weeks before we would get them. It has been 6 weeks since we placed the order and we have not recieved the shoes.

Since we have not recieved the shoes yet we have tried calling both numbers that was listed on the Facebook page and one number it is saying that the mailbox is full and the other one tells you that you can speak to a representative but no one answers. We also tried to look up the website and it said that the web page was unavailable. We have contacted our credit card company and they are checking into it.

I placed an order on December 4th. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I spent $472.00 on two pairs of shoes for xmas presents.Now I am out presents and money. Whomever is robbing all of us I hope you get what you have coming. You should be ashamed of yourself. Especially taking advantage of people at xmas time!

Ordered Steelers shoes from JNL on November 10, 2014 got a reciept for them and would be recievince a tracking number shortly. Never recieved tracking numer or shoes. Have sent numerous emails and tried calling phone number I found for them with no response.

Very Disappointed in Texas

My husband purchased a pair of Nike Shox with the Dallas Cowboy logo for me as a birthday gift. I received my order on November 24,2014 and boy was I happy. I was even trying to convince my boss to have some made with the company name and logo. Two weeks later December 8,2014 to be exact wouldn't you know the lettering and number are already coming off. I don't expect them to last a lifetime but I definitely expected them to last more than two weeks. I have attempted to contact them non-stop and with no avail. I have left messages and have yet to hear from anyone. I am truly disappointed and embarrassed to say the least.

PISSED OFF!

I placed my order 11-9-14 & like most of you on Facebook. Like previous comment being Christmas in 9 days away now I was concered. Now I'm just pissed. What a way to spread the Holiday joy by stealing peoples money/ gifts. Like most I don't have the "extra" to loss!! Well Happy Holidays!

I placed my order on 11/14 and kept telling my husband to be patient. We ordered Saints shoes for our daughter's boyfriend. Well, after all these complaints I'm not hopeful. This guy is James Stephens and his picture is on "LinkedIn". I also found some pictures of his shoes, clicked on that and it took me to a site that teaches how to set up an on line business and drop ship the merchandise etc…I hate a thief and I want the shoes or my money back. $171.

I followed the advice of one of the other reports and called the local police department. I found out that the company filed bankruptcy. The police found this out the week of December 8. There is no criminal action that can be taken. Speak with your banks to file a charge dispute. Not sure it will refund the money, but it is a start. Also, I am changing my card number since this person could use it for further fraud!

Bought a pair for my dad, and messaged them because I have waited about 6 weeks and they said as states on website it takes 4-6 weeks to get them from Nike and then 2-3 days to customize I just spent $250.00 that I didn't really have to just waste.

On November 5th I made a oder on jnl apparel. Com for a pair of ladies size 9 custom Eli Manning sneakers. I gave my credit card information. After oder was completed I received a email saying my oder was confirmed and that I would receive a confirmation email or phone call saying when my order would be shipped. I never received such email or phone call. Was charged on my credit card. Last time I checked website it said they had completed orders and we're no longer taking new orders. And they were preparing orders for shipment, the only way to log in to site was if you were a store onwner. Never found contact number to call them. Came on to look up my order # and this scam alert popped up.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a pair of Oakland Raiders Nike shox for my bf on November 10th 2014 for 250 plua shipping and handling. I received an email that told me I should recieve them within 4-6 wks but there was no confirmation number which made me a little skeptical but the website looked so legit. Well it's been over six wks now and no sign of shoes so I tried to lookup their website and found all these comments about it all being a big scam smh! -_- i called their toll free number, they never answer. The email they sent me is now gone and my credit card is a prepaid I got just to ordwr these shoes and the company isn't doing Shit. I filed a police report. Idk what else to do.

I purchase a pair of the 49er shoes On October 21st. I have been calling but getting no one answering. On several occasion I have spoken with a lady who stated they were waiting on Nike to send the shoes. Still no shoes or no one answering calls. I think Nike need to be aware since it is their brand they are adverting. I think if a big company like Nike get involve result can happen.

Just want the money back

I am a teenage girl that has two jobs to help support my family and college. This year I wanted a great gift for my mom so I saw Bengal converse and so I saved up my money from working hard and bought the shoes for JNL apparal. I am extremely angry and upset that the money I struggled to get is in someone elses pocket. I will never get the shoes and my mom won't be getting Christmas gift this year..... Thanks to the STUPID SCAM. People work hard to save up for Christmas and they take it away from you. I pray I can get my money back.....

I purchased a pair of custom Peyton Manning shoes on October 22, they stated it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. They charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. I received an email on November 26th stating they were having trouble getting the shoes and it would be another 2 weeks or so and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait for the shoes.

I stated I wanted to wait for the shoes and asked how long I could expect them and they never replied. I went to the website tonight and saw it was taken down as well as thier facebook page.

I ordered the same shoes on Oct 22 along with another pair. I was told the same thing and asked if I could exchange them for the other Broncos shoes and no reply (for a couple weeks now) I actually got the other pair last week finally so it renewed my faith but they are 2 sizes too big. So I e-mailed them again about that issue and have heard nothing. In the last few weeks they have been replying to my emails so I was trying to be patient. They are no longer on the web or facebook! Im always reluctant to order anything online and am sooo damn mad at myself right now.!!

Still no shoes

Were the pair you received the custom Peyton Manning pair? I still have yet to receive mine and have not received a response to my email, I told them that if there was a problem that I would need them to refund my money and I don't have a refund either. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, this is so frustrating. They were a Christmas present for my son. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Ordered pair of Pittsburgh Steelers shoes from them on 11/8/2014 contacted them on 11/22/2014 to find out about how long before they shipped they said four weeks from order date on 12/10/2014 tried to call them all day left messages no return call tried to call again on 11/11/2014 numerous times once again left numerous messages as of 11/12/2014 still no return calls and no one answering. Was notified by a friend on 11/09/2014 that he had ordered a pair in October and still haven't heard from them nor received any products from them. These people need to be caught and prosecuted to the fullest and punished to the fullest.

I ordered a custom pair of NFL aperral shoes in November of this year for my husband for Christmas. I have yet to receive them, along with any tracking number, response to phone call or email. I am wanting to know what I need to do to see if I am still going to receive them. They were not cheap shoes. It is very upsetting. I would really like some advice. Thank you, Nicole W

On Nov 4,2014 I ordered a pair of Philadelphia Eagles sneakers. It was to take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery and 210.07 was charged to my account that night of placing the order. I did not hear anything so I sent a email and the response was the sneakers I ordered take two to four weeks. I tried calling them many times and only get voice mail. I have sent many emails and only get generated email response that they will return a email if needed in 48 hours. Then on Dec 8 th their website now says under construction. I went to my bank to file a dispute but they are not sure if I will get it back. At this time if year I do not have a present for my child because of them. Also my bank shut down my account so they cannot get back into it and I have no access to it until my new accounts come in.

On 11/8/14, I ordered a pair of New York Giant custom Nike sneakers for my fiancee as a Christmas present. The charge was placed to my credit card 2 days later on 11/10. I was given an order# and was told I would receive a tracking # to my phone or email address once my order was shipped within 2-4 weeks. Well, it is now over 4 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I've sent 3 emails with no responses and left 1 phone message with no response. I've tried tracking my order on their site and their website is now no longer available. They are also no longer available on Facebook. I became skeptical, so I started searching the internet and I now see there are MANY people haveing the same issue. I could care less if I don't receive the sneakers, but I would like the $160.07 they charged to my credit card. Any assistance that can be provided in helping those of us that have been frauded would be greatly appreciated. (I have my confirmations from the transaction).

I too orderd a pair of custom Nike kicks (Pittsburg Steelers) on Nov 8th. When I check my bank statement the money had came out of my account on Nov 10th. I had ordered these for a Christmas present for my future son-in-law Last week I began to wonder when they would be coming so I looked their number up on the internet the toll free number no one answered after trying several my only option there was to leave a message. Then I had found a number that was not toll free and some girl answered and I gave her my order number and she then said my name and then i few moments later told me that the were just notified by Nike that they would not arrive there until the week of Christmas or the week after. I had ordered it in time for them to arrive by Dec. 20th. I told them i wanted my money back if they were not going to be here before Dec. 24th. She the informed me that you can not cancel a custom order or return because they were custom. I told her that I would be calling back every few days to check on the status of my order. So today I was home from work and didn't have my order number here at home so I was going to call and have them look my order up by my name. So I tried to find their website thru google and it was gone! Then I found their toll free number from this site and tried several times to call and and left a message to call me back today and of course they did not call me back so I tried their option 8 to get someone from their directory and just started pushing numbers to no avail. I kept looking on the internet for them and found the name James Stephens Directory of marketing so I again and tried the option 8 and got his extention and my option was to leave a message and again no return call.

I was then talking to my daughter about it and she said you need to call the bank now! I called my bank and told them what had happened and said they would check it out and get back to me. She called me back and said they believe this is fraud and since i have fraud protection on my debit card I will get my money back and they will try to get money back and if they dont the bank will have to eat the cost.

This just sucks! This site looked so believable and I was a sucker for this scam! Now i don't have a Christmas gift for my future son in law!

Disappointed in Florida

I purchased a pair of NYG shoes on 11/8. Purchase hit my credit card on 11/9. Still haven't received any shoes and cannot get anyone to pick up the phone or answer my emails! Just return the funds to my credit card already! Such a shame a company can get away with this! Especially at Christmas!!

Not sure if this is a scam yet but they used to be all over facebook. My wife and I bought sneakers about a month ago. We tried to contact them by responding to their original sale confirmation email last week but no response. We've been trying to call but it just rings and rings. Now I am trying to find them on the Internet and their website (www.yourcustomkicks.com) is gone. Also, no presence on Facebook anymore.

I'll keep trying and report back if I have any new news but this was a Christmas present and I'm starting to think we are about to get Grinched. HOPE I'M WRONG!

I bought these shoes a month ago. Never received an email confirmation so I called to check on the Status. No one is answering the phones. Left messages and nothing. Web site is gone. I can't believe I spent almost $300 on sneakers I won't receive for my husband for Christmaa. Very disappointed.

I too saw the advertisement on Facebook. Thought It would be a great gift Christmas. Although reluctant, still decided to purchase the shoes. Got BIG football fans in my house. I see they took the money out of my account faster than I hit the enter key. I got a confirmation email, but nothing since. Ive been calling and calling but no one answer and the website is no good either. Shouldve followed my first mind. Now I just want to know how can I get my money back. I know its tis the season, but this shouldnt be allowed to happen to consumers. I hope enough of us complain so that an investigation can take place. This is wrong and ridiculous

They are all over Facebook saying custom shoes for your favorite sports team, skeptical still placed order, I was right. More than 60 days later still no shoes called company said they lost contract with Nike had to cancel 100's of orders. Yet they still kep posting on Facebook and on their website they can do these shoes. Was promised by a guy they'd ship out pair I ordered next day. No phone call no nothing got an email saying ordered been cancelled. Then get a call from shipping person saying they accidentally canceled order they just overnight ex the shoes. Next day no shoes said something to same shipping person they claimed it got bumped to three day shipping. She's the one that said they lost contract with Nike and we're going mall to mall trying to buy shoes to fulfill orders.
