Norris Reed JNR DOC SIGN,LTD, leased Village at Shalimar to me fully knowing roof leaked into house in three places and that the home was MOLD INFESTED. I requested Norris Reed repair roof and remove mold. Norris Reed's response was "NO". I told him MOLD can be deadly, Reed's response was "if it was you would be dead". Village at Shalimar HOA sent letters to Reed telling him to repair/paint exterior of house for over 2 years. Reed ignored.
will be rented or sold to someone unsuspecting person not knowing place is MOLD INFESTED and probably structurally weak.
