I had a Cal Poly student come knocking on my door saying she is doing fund raiser for her college fund for her breast cancer awareness. I wanted to help her out and decided to order a magazine prescription as a gift. I ordered the magazine Jack and Jill for my nephews as a gift on October 16,2014 and gave the student cash.
My receipt says "ONCE THE FINAL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED," pleas allow 90-120 days for subscription to begin. I waited for the 90-120 days to past and decided to try to contact the number on my receipt and my call just went to voicemail or noone ever answered.
I then deceided to send an email to the email on my receipt with the receiprt and all the information attached. I never received an email from anyone and still no subscription ever recieved. I sent the email like 10 times. I believe this company is a rip off for taking my cash and never giving me an answer.
