The individual , whom has begun a home installation business with two other individuals servicing dallas/carrolton and surrounding. Original installation was quickly done, trash left but install worked properly. Initiated wnd install, servicer was late, accompanied by freinds, did not have all tools, borrowed a few of mine. Originally agreed he woukd purchase parts needed and price verified and paid by myself. Later found items purchased were lower quality, refurbished parts. But was charged cost of higher quality parts we agreed upon. (Parts malfunctioned, install is now 3 weeks old and not working). Holes left behind installed tvs, mistakes made, drilled holes filled and left. As of last contact I was advised with vulgar language, good luck fixing the installation, leave me alone, already recieved payment.
To just clarify with the above review. Joe has no partners in his business. He has workers that work for him but you will never contact them for anything. They just help with the installation. The vague amount of information and complete bashing of his company above shows this is a fake review. Joe does has been doing this work for many years and has every single tool he needs. He contracts for large businesses and schools. If he did terrible work this wouldn't be the only bad review on him for the MANY years he's been in business. For someone who prides himself on his work and referrals, this review is shocking. If he did work for you and provided parts... Why is your information so vague? What parts? He only provides mounts, HDMI Cables, and sometimes wiring. Who makes a review bashing someone not even stating work performed or parts you claim he provided that were previously used and now don't work? Your review is FAKE. And I'm sure you are w competitor just wanting to benefit yourself, hope that works out well for you! That whole review is a lie!

The very vague information about the work done and how nothing was done correctly shows this is fake. If he has such terrible work he would not be contracted for schools and businesses.
