I just bought a pair of shoes at Just Fab not knowing that they automatically register you as a VIP member. The only reason why I bought a pair of shoes in this website is because they offer 20%off any regular price item for first time buyers. When I received the item, it was not the same item in the picture, so I returned the item back. I asked for a refund back because I can't find any item I want from the website. They called me and told me that I need to purchase something every 5th of the month or else they will take away money from me. I was so furious because they didn't return my money back and now they are taking more money from me since I am a VIP member, which I didn't even know? They told me that they can't refund my money because they charge for stocking fee which is like $5-$6. And the other choice I have is to have a credit from them. So now, I am stuck with them and I can't buy any item from them because they are so ugly looking. I wish this company would shut down. And people would avoid the same mistakes that I did.
