I recently spent $80 on 3 new shirts. I wasn't allowed to try them on as they were packaged but they measured me and assured me they would fit perfectly so I bought them. I get home and try all 3 on with different ties and pants to see what looked good and the shirts were as big as a house on me. I went back a couple of days later (receipt in hand) and asked for an exchange as I was measured wrong and they simply are far too big for me to look professional and presentable. They just don't fit. The manager said ""these shirts have been worn therefore I cannot take them back"". I discussed it for a little while and he basically told me I was a liar and that I had been wearing them. All I did was try them on. Needless to say I'm out the mi eh I spent and had to spend more on the correct shirts elsewhere.
PS. I know I was measured wrong because I went to two other places afterwards and had them take my measurements (without telling them why) and the measurements were an entire Inch difference lower at both places I went. I said ""I was told to wear an 18.5 in the neck"". Both places told me that measurement was WAY too big for me. Be careful what you buy here. Not happy with the management and will not be throwing my money in the garbage by going there any time in the near future.
