Kai Holmgren hold himself out to be an active REALTOR. He has been fired from any company he has ever worked for. He is currently being investedgated by the state and local authorites. He collects escrow deposits for rental and/or sale properties from potential clients into his own name or C/O other names. That is illegal! All escrow funds must be made out to a Broker who holds and escrow account or a title company. Never is a Realtor allowed to collect money in their name, EVER! He has stole more than $35,000 that I personally know of from several different potential clients. HE WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY. If you are a victim call the Palm Beach Sherriff. He must be stopped!
