I emailed vemma on the deceptive advertising and here is the response.
Thank you for your response. I understand and agree with you however if Vemma wasn’t mentioned there isn’t really anything we can address with the host of the website. Can you please forward me the e-mail regarding the six figure frenzy, I will research it and see if it applies to Vemma.

Daniel will refund only 29.95 minus the shipping cost to send it to me. I called Daniel and told him to cancel it when I found out it was for vemma.
I returned the package unopened to the person who sent it and Daniel said I have to returen it to the address he gave me.
