Do not rent to Kara Glossop New Bedford Ma. I did and I lost $5000 to damages. she had some pit bull dog that came in and out with a boyfriend that pissed and pooped all over the apartment. They stoled stuff. They broke everything. They wrote on the walls. She owed 2 months rent. I had to evict her. There was drug activity there mentioned by the neighbors constantly. Fighting. I found drug paraphernalia after she moved out. every time my wife would go over there she would get cursed at by Kara and the door slammed in her face. We are in our 70's
