Kaspersky offers an anti-virus program, which I subscribed to back in 2012. I paid for a two year subscription, but never gave any permission or authorization for this subscription to be extended. Over the two years, I was very dissatified with the program and went to Norton for their anti-virus program. Then today I received my Visa statement and there was a charge for $99.95 from this company for another two years subrscription. I tried to reach them by phone, no luck. I tried to contact their customer service online, still no luck. I am disputing the charge through my bank, cancelled the credit card and took out a new one, just to make sure this doesn't happen again. But I intend to go through all the "loops and hoops" in disputing this charge. Stay away from this company.
