I ordered 2 good year belts, and joe888ca only sent me one belt, but charged me for 2 belts. I asked for the other belt, and he never sent it. He said he would refund me for the missing belt, but never did. Ebay told me that since I received one belt, I could not file a not received claim, but do a return on it. The seller replied and gave me his address to return it, but knows I don't want to return, but a refund on the missing belt. This is a bad seller, and very dishonest, stay away!!
