Ka Tom refused to pay for return shipping on a product that they shipped to me incorrectly. It was not a difficult order but it still took me explaining it to them for almost 30 minutes. The mistake was clearly their fault because even the pictures were wrong on their website. They said they would "investigate" it and get back to me immediately. They also told me they had a voice recording of the order and I said, "great, that will settle it when you listen to it then."

After no call for 5 days, I called them and a CSR said "Oh it wasn't our mistake so you are responsible for the return shipping and replacement shipping." I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told she was out sick but would call me the next day. She never did.

I sent an email to corporate and never recieved a response. Funny thing is the shipping would have only cost them about $10 or $15.00. I would have probably spent 5 to 10K with them this year. If that's how they respond to a small issue, I won't wait to see how a large problem is handled.
