Feb 27th after three days of knocking on the door while i was at work they threw my daughter from the home without shoes and would not allow us access to even get clean cloths or the food just purchased our cat still locked inside. We contacted donald pinaud to represent us and said he would take care of further contact with rhp as we were left homeless with nothing but the cloths on our back eerything we owned locked behing the doors and floors and walls we repaired from the structure back up.
Donald continued to delay and advise he was filing nextt week on many occasions weeks went by i contacted josh brown to gain access - not much was left of our posession maintenance went through and furniture rotten food some dishes and appliances still in the home we removed.
Donal pinaud did nothing on the case until late july i copied him on a e-mail to my husband out of frustration and advised we may need to contact the bar as while he did nothing wwe lost everything after he was paid in advance for the filing fees he requested. Four months he sat on the case. We did file a bar dispute in it he addressed that his son had some medical issues he needed to attend to. He never advised he could not work the case and that his family health was more imprtant than his clients case where they had lost all their savings and everything they own left homelesss with just the cloths on their backs.
Think hard and review other attornies in the area before trusting yor case with mr. Pinaud. He will not put you first.
