On Sunday April 12, 2014 a thorough home inspection was performed on a residential home in Waterford, Michigan by Oakland Home Inspections LLC.
At time of inspection the electrical panel box was inaccessible due to a wall mounted cabinet. The real estate agent DANA MCALLISTER said she would have the wall mounted cabinet removed the following day and asked what fee would be charged for a secondary inspection to inspect the electrical box. She was told there would be a $95.00 minimum trip charge for re-inspection.
DANA MCALLISTER agreed to pay the fee! The next day the electrical panel box was inspected with DANA MCALLISTER appropriatley having forgotten to bring her check book.
No problem, just mail me the check. (DANA MCALLISTER again agreed to mail the check!)
After several collection attemps i had received the following email from DANA MCALLISTER.
PLEASE LET THIS EMAIL SERVE AS NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL EMAIL AND TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATIONS. ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE WILL BE HARASSING TO ME AND MY BUSINESS AND I WILL FILE SUIT ACCORDINGLY.
