On march 19th 2015 , Kenneth ABynum received a check for $82,500 for the purchase of a 2014 Mercedes S 550. He didnt have the vehicle in stock and he was to transport the vehicle and deliver it. On several occasions he was contacted and was asked if the deal was finalized. He replied no because the credit union had not funded the deal. On April 23 2015 , we found out that he had cashed the check on April 16th 2015. After confronting him about the check being cashed , Ken began cursing and shouting and stated " I lied! Now what are u going to do abou it" My client then requested a refund or his car. Ken produced neither. The client told Ken that he would be contacting the police and file a warrant and ken told him F__k You. A criminal warrant has been filed and pending an investigation. Ken Bynum has several arrest for fraud , forgery, and drugs. This guy is a straight up THIEF!
