This is a warning to all of you out there looking for someone to rent out a room or a home, do not rent to Kenneth S Wilkison. All things below have taken place in a timeframe of 3 months.
He has:
-Bounced MULTIPLE checks (to the point where he is no longer able to write checks for rent)
-Attempted to skate by the rules of not being able to pay by check by paying online and has had those services cut off to him as well
-Bounced his application fee check
-Proposed committing fraud by writing a $1000 check so he could withdraw $300 from an ATM with full knowledge that he did not have the funds in his account to clear the check
-Has NEVER once made a payment on time in the 3 months that he has lived here
-Does NOT keep a clean living space
-Spends his money on entertainment systems, IKEA, etc instead of paying his rent
-Tells people that they can either pay for his portion of the rent or get evicted along with him (have voicemail proof of this)
-He "knows his rights about this stuff because he's done it before" left on voicemail when I attempted to confront him about leaving the premises
-Works part-time for Uber
-Will call the cops on you (by manufacturing false statements of harassment, physical harm, etc) if you confront him about his actions. The cops will explain to him that this is a civil matter and will politely explain to him that he is wasting their time.
