Read this

If you buy this product use a pre paid debit card! Make sure there is only enough for the shipping and they will have no way to bill the $87. Let's scam them!!!

Luckily Got Most of Mine Back

I had no idea that I would end up getting charged the 87.95 so when I saw it on my bank account I freaked out, called my bank, and then called them screaming (They hung up on me! Horrible customer service.)

So I had my husband call and he told them we didn't even receive it (we didn't). Luckily whoever he was talking to was actually pretty nice, or they just don't like getting calls from husbands, and he got me all but $20 back because they "didn't have the product" but if we ended up getting and returning it we would get the rest of that back.

Do not try anything like this unless you read the fine print or try it with a pre-paid debit card so they can't charge you.

I'd give them no stars if I could.

Scam

Build me twice for $94

Along with the $5.95 trial I had to cancel my card. I had no clue until I looked at my statement.

I stopped it in time!!!

I read all these reviews just in time because I ordered KeraGro about 5 days ago. The bottle came in and I've barely started using the product. I called my first Midwest bank account and explained to them what had happened. I asked if there was any way I could just take my money out and have my debit card canceled out or something. They told me if I didn't give them my account number, I could just get issued a new debit card with new information and they cannot access my account. So Im almost positive that I got them before they got me. Unless they did ask for my account number but I don't recall. They never asked for an account number, right? Otherwise hope this review helps those who stopped the order from being charged $87 a month in time!

worst customer service//// scam

horrible customer service. what theyre doing has to be illegal. I bought vitamins for 4.95, 15 days later I am charged 87.95. In fine print when I agreed to buying the product it states if you do not cancel your order they continually charge you 87.95 per month after the initial 4.95 purchase. Im sorry but I was not knowledgeable of this type of agreement prior to this purchase. I never even received the meds and I was not even worried due to it only being $5 but now I am out nearly $100 for nothing at all.

BEWARE --- when you purchase this product for the "TRIAL" period you have 14 days FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE to cancel. I thought I was calling the 14th day (bought September 5th, called September 19th) but was told over and over again it was the 15th day. After speaking with a supervisor I was offered a 50% refund. I didn't even open the bottle yet and would have returned it for a full refund but was told they would not take it back. This does not make any sense, why would they give me half my money back? SCAM!

Even if I had cancelled within the 14 days I read a lot of other reviews that people were hit with a cancellation fee! They try to entice you with the reasonable $4.95 shipping and that all... don't be fooled, skip this offer, it's not worth the aggrevation!

Worst piece of crap EVER!!!!

If I could rate this with no stars I would.. This shit sucks just like everyone said these people are straight asshole from hell, I had to call the credit card fraud company so these asshole could stop charging me this outrageous price of $87.47 I called and cancelled before the trial was up even tho I was still unaware of it being a trial and they still had the audacity to charge me this bull shit complete scam not worth it better off using a pretty paid card.

I tried KeraGro because the price was right at $4.95. When you go to the website, you see a bunch of cheesy claims about how awesome the product is and how it will make your hair grow. Pay close attention because on that page you see nothing about being charged $87 if you do not cancel within the 14 day "trial" period.

When you enter your information to order it, you will likely miss that small print beneath the order button that mentions that monthly charges that will recur after the 14 day trial. I was one of the people who missed it. However, I am not the only one. I have spoken with many consumers who have called to cancel the trial within the 14 day period and they have still been billed some type of fee for cancellation. I would advise you all to not even consider this product. No one in their right mind wants to pay $87 for a bottle of pills that the company is testing on people. Reputable companies like Hairfinity aren't even charging $80 a bottle and their product actually works. I am putting the word out because this company is preying on individuals who miss the fiine print. My receipt that I was e-mailed only shows a purchase of $4.95 and nothing else. It mentions nothing about the recurring charges or anything of that nature. CANCEL YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY! These people are trying to make a quick buck off of people.

Scam!!!

This is a scam!!! They took my money never sent my order and when I called to grey my money back the same representative answered the phone all four times and had an attitude, cursed on the phone and hung up on me. Finally when I threatened to sue she transferred me to a "manager" but no one ever came on the phone. I waited for 25min on hold then they hung up!!!

I order the free trial of KeraGrow. Well is not free they charge for the shipping of $ 4.95 and then got hit with $87.47 twice on my bank account. Not good!!!!

Do not recommended!!!

KeraGro is sponsored by Poise & Purpose on my Face Book. On that page, it says 30 day free trial, 30 day money back gauruntee. You just pay $4.95 shipping and handling. What they don't tell you, is that it is $87 for the bottle, and there is nothing "free" about that trial. After 14 days from the time you place your order, you are charged on your bank account that $87. If you DO cancel before that 14 days, you will still be charged for half of the bottle. The ONLY way to get out of not being charged a penalty is if you cancel and send back the entire bottle UNOPENED before the 14 days is up.

With that being said, the first bottle they send you is 60 capsules, and the second, third, etc is also 60 capsules. Each bottle is $87. So in other words, the free trial thing is fake. The minute you open the bottle, you are being charged for at LEAST half of the bottle, even if you send it back. Nothing Free.

Customer service was very poor. You will wait on the phone to speak to them for more tan 20 minutes. Also, the product is brand spankin new. Why spend $87 to TRY something that's never been tested before, has no reviews, and deal with the hastle of waiting on the phone, go to the post office, pay for more shipping and $ 6.00 restocking fee just so you can get a portion of your money back if it doesn't work? What a RIPOFF! False advertising.

When I ordered KeraGro (for the $4.95) It took a week to come in, Then when it did come in I decided to be cautious and called CUstomer service to make sure I wouldn't get surprise charges. A friendly lady extended my trail another two weeks, Gave me a 50% discount on future bottles and told me that I WOULD NOT get any more orders until I called to confirm that I needed more. Well at the end of the month I was surprised with a bottle of it and was charged $43. It took over a week before I could finally get someone on the phone to cancel my order. It took about 2 minutes for her to cancel everything and even gave me a cancellation number just incase. I hope it doesn't happen anymore. My customer service was good, however I wasn't too happy with the suprise bottle. It did work for me, but I had to stop taking it because I get waxes and the supplements caused me to get ingrown hairs frequently...

I recently saw an advertisement on my Facebook page from poised and purpose magazine about a new breakthrough product for keragro. This is a product guaranteed to grow longer thicker hair. A one month free trial for the cost of shipping at $4.95. What a lie. I received my so called free bottle of product it took 5 days after I paid for express shipping for 24 hours.

When I opened the envelope there was a bottle of pills, and a receipt that contained nothing more than the cost of product trial and quantity of product. No actual price, address, or phone number. I figured I would get an email for future ordering options.

When I received a notice of insufficient funds from my bank on 10-09-2014, I immediately called my bank to find out why. Apparently there was a reaccuring charge for $87 that had gone tried to go through, not once but twice within 24 hours. When I told the banker that I had not authorized this transaction they told me where it came from and gave me a 1800 number to call and dispute it.

I called the number and a man came on the phone and told me that I only had 14 days from the day it was ordered to cancel or I would be charged full price. When I told him that I never received any thing providing that info he told me that they didn't have to send me or tell me anything. He said that if I wasn't stupid I would have never agreed to the trial. He also told me that they didn't have to refund me any money. Remember now that all of this deceit has cause my account to over draw.

I called my bank back and explained what was said to me so I could file a despute. I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. I also have to by requirement of my bank file a police report for identity theft and wait to get my money plus over draft fees back. All of this from start to finish now goes as follows

4.95 for free trial

5.00 for next day postage

87.00 for the bottle of keragro

35.00 overdraft fee

129.95 total for this free trial

To top all of this off, I told not only one, but all of my friends about this product. I know that three had ordered it and now have all been hurt this same way.

I believe that this company is a scam because no upstanding company would be this deceitful and especially to the point of calling there upset customer "stupid".

Hopefully this helps someone else before they get burned like I did. I know I will never order anything that I see on my Facebook page or poised and purpose magazine again.

First off i ordered there free trial on sept 12, the bill said they shipped same day. I Didnt receive them until till the 17th.

This so called'' hair grow pill is nothing more than an herbal supplement ( that any one could buy at a health food store for much cheaper) I only had the bottle for less than seven days

I called on the 24th to cancel.( before my trial ended) = when i called I asked her if i needed to send anything back and was reasured my credit card would be not be charged!! She told me i was good i needed to send nothing back and I would not be charged!!

. So a week later I look at my bank statemen and they charged me $93.00 on the 29th. They lied and said I was already charged on the 25th when they tried to lie to say i called and cancelled on the 25th

I called to find out what was going on. Only to be rudely treated and lied to saying that i canceled on the 25 and my trial was already up and my card was already charged. I specifically wrote down the date and time i called which was the 24 th at 12:39. They said basically too bad were charging your card. This company is a scam there liars and rude. I called back four times to talk to a supervisor only to be put on ignore.

Nobody order these NOT A HAIR MIRACLE PILL!!! Its simply an expensive scam to get your credit card and charge unathorized charges. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! They know these pills dont work and there playing games with consumers money.

I tried to call for 4 days multiple times a day

After I put in for free trial. You have 14 days to do so after initial

Transition so I did it right away well before the cut off.

Noone will answer. I have waited upwards of 40 min and

Even put my number in to get "called back"

And never received a phone call.

This is a scam don't do it.

Beware, if you see an ad on Facebook or anywhere else for KeraGro through Poise & Purpose, do not purchase

They say it only cost $4.95 for a bottle but allegedly there is fine print, you will get charged $87.47 two weeks later on your credit card if you fail to cancel in 14 days. I've yet to see the fine print even. It is next to impossible to have them reverse that charge. You have to go through your bank and file a fraud claim.

Please pass this message on to all of your friends and family!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY KERAGRO, FROM POISE & PURPOSE!!!!!

They are a scam

They scammed me for 200$

  • Dec 19, 2014

They have charged me a total of $349.88 in 3 months. The website reported you could buy a bottle of $4.95. There WAS NO print that showed you would be signing up for a monthly purchase. This was a complete scam. Customer Service is unprofessional, calls you names, hangs up on you, or never answers. The receipt they send has no number or way to contact them. I found out their number from online after some digging. I need my money back. This cannot be legal.

My 70 yr old mother seen an infomercial on TV and ordered a product named KERAGRO. A supplement used to gro thinning hair. She thought it was $4.95 for the trial, About a month or 2 went by and she didnt recieve the trial but her bank statement reflected a $87.00 withdrawl from a company called Labratron......which in the "terms and conditions" for keragro it clearly stated that it would say KERAGRO on her credit card statement.....This confused her and she called the bank and got a number for the Labratron.....It just so happened to be Keragro.....all she wanted to do was cancel her order, she spoke with a very rude CMR who made her cry....She now has had 2 more bottles sent to her and hundreds of dollars taken from her bank for a product she doesnt even want!....my next step is to contact the BBB

So i order there mykeragro, because it was advertised that your hair will grow three or five inches in a month and all i had to pay was $4.95 for shipping. just to try the product for 30 days no risk in buying any more of there product. i never receive their product and now im being billed for a product i didnt agree to using for more than the 30 days free trial offer. I tried calling and they said the office was closed. Im really pissed off. im out $85.66 b.ecause my bank said that Keragro took the money and i have to pay $85.66. i just want my money back.

I stopped it in time, I hope you do to!!

Please people read all of these reviews before ordering this product. I had ordered my KERAGRO, and received it very fast. Upon opening my package there was a receipt inside which to me didn't seem professionally made. This set off red alarms right away. I got online and read all of these reviews and was completely disgusted. I hurried up and grab my phone and called the number that was on the website and it just so happen to be the same number on the back of the bottle *when a company only has one phone number for customer support or for any other reasons is another red alarm.* I called multiple times throughout the day and kept getting an answer machine that stated that there was a companywide meeting and to call back in an hour. Well I wasn't waiting any longer I hurried up and called my bank and asked for advice and they told me as long as I didn't give them my account number that I could just cancel my debit card and have a new one reissued and they wouldn't be able to charge me anything else. And that's exactly what I did. After reading all these reviews I wasn't going to send it back and wait because and I know I would've just got charged the full amount like everyone else. Also another red alarm to me was that the charge that was on my bank statement for the $4.95 wasn't titled as KERAGRO Which they clearly stated in their terms and policies that it would be it was something weird like lingoldnutra, so I type that into the Internet 1 million times and nothing even came up for it. Anyway after canceling my debit card and ordering a new one I called KERAGRO again and finally a gentleman answered. All he said was "whats your reason for calling today" which is another red alarm because no company is ever that rude. I had stated that I wanted to return my product and all he said was "I'll give you this confirmation number and all you have to do is write it at the bottom of your return package"(he didn't ask me for my name any information how long I had the product when I order the product nothing like that) and "I said wow it's that easy I won't be charged anything?" ( I wasn't really worried at this point as I had already canceled my debit card ;) ) and he had said "no did I not just say that you wouldn't be charged" and I said "actually no you didn't just say that". And then he hung up. However I didn't use the product or even open it (which I'm not going to) but I'm not going to pay to send it back either, if they want their product back they can send me a prepaid package and then I'll send it back. I'm honestly not even worried about not sending it back and the possibility of getting in trouble because 1. They didn't give me specific information on how to do so when I was more than willing to the first time. And 2. There is lies written all over their website. So I would advise not asking yourself twice who is in the wrong.

  • Nov 20, 2014

I ordered this product due to the fact that it said it was free...just pay shipping and handling. A customer service agent called me shortly after to confirm my order and said that it would in fact, be free. She said it would be a 30 day free trial and that I only had to pay for shipping. She also pushed me into buying two more products, again saying that it would be free and I only had to pay the 4.75 each. I had ordered these products on 10/25 and I did receive. However, I noticed my account had a charge of almost $300 almost two weeks later. Now I am having difficulty fighting it and getting my money back.

This company is a scam. Please don't let them take your money.

  • Nov 17, 2014

This company, KeraGro, is a dishonest and shady company, without an official website, making it difficult to contact. I found their number on my bank statement.

They claim to give you a FREE, month supply bottle, to just pay $4.95 for shipping costs. I then canceled my order immediately to discontinue any further orders, to see how it worked before ordering more. I am a licensed cosmotologist.

Upon reviewing my bank statements, I found that this company charges you a whopping $87.49 per bottle, even if you canceled within a timely limit, as I did.

I called their customer service, and received no help except a rude person on the other end. I then called a second time, asking for the manager. She told me that even though I canceled, I still get charged the $87.49. I was more direct and continued pressure. They eventually agreed to reimburse me.... but for a minimal amount. I received $20 in total.

I want others aware of this company, false promises, and dishonesty. Not to mention that their product does NOT work. I want a FULL refund of the bottle price. Please help aid my cause and case!

  • Nov 15, 2014

I saw the advertisement for Keragrow on my Facebook page. The advertisement claimed that you would receive a free month trail of this hair growth supplement and only pay for the shipping charges. However, once you provide all of your credit card information, the company charges you for the full amount of $87.47. There is no fine print (believe me, I looked) and the charge is a recurring monthly fee. It took me two months to realize that Keragrow was taking money from my account and I never even received a second bottle of the product. Now I am out $174.94 and I don’t even have a second bottle of this low quality, useless product. DO NOT succumb to this company, you will be ripped off!

  • Nov 15, 2014

These people are complete rip-offs. I ordered this product on the terms that it was free despite the low shipping price. I tried it and used maybe ten capsules. I didn't even think about the thirty day return and called to see if I could return it and they said no. After 14 days I'm pretty much SOL. Great. They charged me 87 and some change for a product that they told me was free. Now there is no way for me to get my money back for a product that may or not work. Their customer service is awful. I can hardly understand them. They're rude and hung up on me multiple times before I could get any answers.

  • Nov 14, 2014

had to add another thing on keragro. it's basically a hair skin nail vitamin you'd find at any store for like 10 bucks, the lady on the phone said the reason they charge 90 dollars is because there charging u for each vitamin that's inside the multivitamin, if this were normal my kids Flintstone vitamins would cost 60 bucks ahah

  • Nov 12, 2014

I ordered 1 bottle of Keragro, not realizing that I was agreeing to a recurring payment on my bank account!!! $87.47 for ONE bottle of a product that DOES NOT work is not acceptable when there are supplements out there that work and are much cheaper. Customer service is rude, they hang up on you and act like you owe them something for a crap product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! You will have to cancel your credit card in order to prevent the recurring payments.

  • Nov 11, 2014

At this time still no resolution and cannot get thru to customer service.

  • Nov 3, 2014

I refused to process an order when i received a call from this company. They asked my credit card info to confirm the order. I refused. Nevertheless i was still charged few times 87$. I was calling them all day, they were rude, hung up on me all the time and blamed me fir nit following the terms and conditions.

I hope they will get shut down asap and pay for what they did

I saw the advertisement on the internet "keragro" they were offering a free trial and when I was approaching the subject they called me at the same time and asked me for my credit card only to give continuation to the proceedings and after I gave her told me that after 14 days they'd send me another bottle automatically for 87.00 and I clearly said " I do not want " and they kept insisting and I sad clearly that my answer was NO and they sent me the product anyway without my permission and the day I received the product I called and spoke again I had not asked and she gave me an RMA number and said that I should just send the product back , and I returned it at the same day. Now they are charging me the product that i don't have i'm trying to call them but the number was removed and another number I found on the internet when I start talking they talk foolishly saying that I do not returned the product on time and hang up the phone in my face.

This company is a rip off. Be ware!!! The trail is for $4.95, but then they charge you another $87.47 to your card. And when I called to talk to the company, the person are rude, disrespectful and not willing to help!

I have had to call them over five times, and still they are rude, they also will hang up on you, even when you are talking to them with the most respect!

I have seen on http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/health-and-diet-products-retail/healthizon-in-aurora-co-90157251/complaints so many complaints as well for this company. Along with this site and also all over Facebook.

When you type in the words.... KeraGro on Facebook, you will find also many others with this same problem too.

I have made reports to not only this site, but also, on Facebook on any post that i could find on the KeraGro and also the BBB along with my bank too.

I purchased Keragro through a link on Facebook because I have been looking for a way to make my hair grow. It stated in the add that it was a 30 day free trial and all you had to pay was shipping which was $4.95. So I ordered it.

After ordering the bottle they never sent me any sort of confirmation email of my order or anything like that so that kind of sent up a red flag for me right there. But I didn't really think to much of it at the time. I was curious at that point about the product so I looked up other reviews online and everyone else had stated that if you don't return the product within 14 days of trying it then you get charged the full price of the bottle which is $87.

I then went back on their website to find any proof of this and they had a little terms and conditions button at the bottom of their website and at the very very bottom of their very long terms and conditions it stated that you have to cancel within 14 days of your order being placed. Which doesn't even give you two tweaks to try their product. Ontop of that it says you can only return the product and not be charged if its unopened and unused which means the whole free trial thing is a complete scam and ripoff. It's misleading and false advertizing.

i wanted to wait until my 14 days was up to get as much use out of the product as possible and they charged me on my 12th day $94 dollars and when I called to ask why I was charged $94 instead of $87 they said that I was charged the $87 plus tax. And when I asked why I got charged before my 14 days was up the very rude customer service representative told me that my 14 days was up 2 days ago which I really had no proof of since I never received a receipt of purchase from therm.

i then told them that if they would not give me my money back then I wanted to cancel that day and asked them to send me an email confirmatiom that it was done. And he said that they can't send emails because their system isn't set up that way but made me provide my email address when i ordered the product. All he gave me was a confirmation number and hopefully they don't take another cent out of my bank account without my authorization.
